New Delhi: The Supreme Court hearing on the controversial SNC Lavalin case involving Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan is scheduled on October 31. This hearing comes after the apex court had previously postponed proceedings on October 10 earlier this month. A bench led by justice Surya Kant will be considering the case.
Over the last six years, the Lavalin case was listed before the Supreme Court at least 29 times. In four such instances, the lawyers had even requested the apex court to take up the case with immediate effect.
