Supreme Court has directed listing of six issues to be probed by CBI arising out of Radia tapes including payment of illegal gratification to Income Tax officials.

The court said alleged criminal misconduct by public servant in survey and raid by IT department should also be probed by CBI, besides the Chartered Accountant working as tout of IT officer and conversations regarding allocation of spectrum issues should also be probed.
