Thiruvananthapuram: Mayor Arya Rajendran and MLA K.M. Sachin Dev, along with three others, are facing non-bailable charges related to a roadside dispute involving KSRTC driver Yadhu. The accused are alleged to have tampered with the memory card containing CCTV footage of the incident aboard the KSRTC bus. The FIR has been filed by the Cantonment Police following a court order directing them to take action on the complaint filed by KSRTC driver Yadhu.
