After a decade from her last film in Malayalam, popular actress Ramya Krishnan will be back to Malayalam with the movie ‘Driver on duty’. Asif Ali will come up in the lead in this movie directed by debutante Manoj Palodan, who has been an associate to Saji Surendran, Viji Thampi and Venu Nagavallay.

The movie will tell a plot about a all women police station where an SI named Arundhathy Varma who hates men rules. The plot will take an interesting turn following the arrival of a male policemen as the driver of the police van.

The movie will start its shoot by the end of this year at Shornur and Ottapalam. Ravi Kottarakkara is the producer of the movie.
