THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The high court has postponed to tomorrow considering the bail plea of former MLA P C George, arrested in the hate speech case. George remanded will have to stay in jail today.
An order will be issued tomorrow afternoon at 1.45 pm in his hate speeches in Vennala and Thiruvananthapuram. The Vanchiyoor court remanded him for two weeks. He was shifted to Poojappura jail after subjecting him to a medical examination.
He underwent a medical examination at the General Hospital even before producing him in the court. The police have given a plea for his custody and will be considered on Monday.
Meantime, George said cruelty is shown towards him. Will reveal everything if bail is granted. George while talking to the media said that the case is politically motivated and is ready to go to jail.
