NK Premachandran MP injured in car accident in Alappuzha

Alappuzha: Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) leader N. K. Premachandran MP suffered injuries in a car accident in Mavelikkara here on Monday.

The accident happened when the RSP leader was returning to his residence in Kollam after visiting his daughter-in-law’s house in Changanassery. A newly purchased car leaving a showroom crashed with Premachandran’s vehicle, injuring the Kollam MP in the forehead and leg.

His injuries are not critical. Following the accident, he was rushed to the district hospital in Mavelikkara.
