A grateful nation is paying homage to the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her 96th birth anniversary today.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and other dignitaries today reached the Samadhi of Indira Gandhi – Shakti Sthal in the national capital and paid floral tributes to her. A series of functions are being organised to highlight the contribution of Indira Gandhi in nation building.
