Karnataka CM assures no delay in rescue efforts for missing Kozhikode native Arjun

ANGOLA: No deep search was conducted by the army has reached to rescue Kozhikode native Arjun, who went missing along with his lorry in a landslide due to lack of modern radar. It is said that Arjun and lorry are missing. Most of the soil has been removed.

The new conclusion is that Arjun and lorry could be inside the island-like sand dunes formed in the river Gangavali by landslides. A deep search metal detector that can be used on water and land will be brought to search here. 40 soldiers under the command of Major Abhishek from Belgaum arrived but were hampered by lack of radar. The army’s search was called off at 7:30 last night. The search had to be stopped due to the continued heavy rains and landslides. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was also present. The search will continue this morning.

On Saturday evening, the radar signaled that there is 70 percent of the metal residue under the soil. The soil here was removed yesterday. Arjun’s family, who remained calm despite the heart-wrenching pain, is completely exhausted.
