KANNUR: CPM leader P Jayarajan has accused LDF convener EP Jayarajan of disproportionately acquiring assets. P Jayarajan raised this serious allegation in the CPM state committee. As per the allegations, P Jayarajan acquired assets illegally in the name of Ayurvedic resort in Kannur.

It is reported that P Jayarajan has demanded an investigation and action against EP Jayarajan in the state committee. EP Jayarajan’s wife and son are the directors of the resort. CPM State Secretary MV Govindan suggested that the allegation should be submitted in writing. P Jayarajan said that the allegations are made with authenticity.

P Jayarajan’s allegation is that there has been massive financial irregularities involving the resort and Ayurvedic village which was built by illegally acquiring property worth Rs 30 crore. The resort is located in Vellikkeel, Kannur.
