Chennai: The countdown for the launch of GSLV-D5 which will carry communication satellite GSAT-14 will begin at 11.50 AM today. This was diclosed by ISRO Chairman K Radhakrishnan in Chennai yesterday.

He said, the launch is scheduled at 4.30 PM tomorrow from Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. This will be the second attempt by the ISRO to flight test the indigenous cryogenic stage after the failure of previous missions of GSLV-D3 on April 15, 2010.
