Alappuzha: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala on Tuesday stated that the UDF will secure a historic win in the Assembly elections. The people of Kerala wants a change in governance. This Assembly election will witness the public pronouncing the verdict against the LDF government which destroyed the state in the past five years, he added.

The people have realised that the allegations raised by the opposition against the government were true and the policies of the government were anti-public. People want to put an end to the corrupt government, he added.

Chennithala also mocked at the CM and said atheist Vijayan has now taken shelter under Ayyappan. The CPM will become ruins after the election, he said in response to EP Jayarajan’s similar statement against UDF.
