Isha Talwar, who found a place in the minds of Keralites through ‘Thattathin Marayath’, will be playing a post woman in Akku Akbar’s ‘Utsaha Committee’.

Jayaram plays the lead role. The screenplay is penned by Shaiju Anthicaud.

The film is set in a small village in Palakkad. Jayaram plays a seventh standard failed person dreaming of becoming a scientist. He is not losing hope even after his inventions fail one by one. But a girl, who does not reveal her identity, encourages him each time he fails in his mission.

Yesteryear actress Sheela plays an important role in the film. Apart from Jayaram, the film has Biju Menon, Manoj K Jayan, Baburaj, Kalabhavan Shajon etc.
