Afghanistan: At least 13 deaths have been reported due to heavy rainfall and flooding in the Afghan capital. The Kabul police chief said, eleven of the 13 deaths were the result of cars being washed away or caught in flash flooding.

Yesterday’s rains damaged dozens of homes as well as an election registration office. Pictures from Kabul showed flooded streets and traffic jams in the city.
