Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will go to the US for his treatment on January 15. He has undergone treatment at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota earlier.

The CM will be accompanied by his wife Kamala and his PA Suneesh. He will return to Kerala on January 30 after treatment. The chief secretary passed an order stating that all the expenses for this journey will be covered by the government.

The visit to America was planned on a different date but was later postponed due to the spread of Covid-19.
