Thiruvananthapuram: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan condemned the brutal murder of CPM activist Sandeep in Kottayam’s Thiruvalla. He alleged that RSS-BJP gang is behind the murder.

The CPM leader also demanded a high-level inquiry to uncover the conspiracy behind the murder.

Criticising the political murders in the state, he pointed out that 20 CPM workers were killed in Kerala since 2016.

“BJP-RSS gangs were behind the murder of 9 CPM men in Kerala. Till date, 215 CPM workers were brutally murdered by RSS. 588 deaths of CPM activists are identified under various political murders. Such murders will not lead to the collapse of CPM in Kerala. CPM doesn’t believe in the slogan of murder for murder,” said the CPM state secretary.

He also urged for a mass movement against political murders in the state.
