Thiruvananthapuram: Former chief of the Kerala Pradesh Mahila Congress will join the NCP. She held talks with NCP state chief P C Chacko and the official announcement will be made in a day or two.

Speaking to Mathrubhumi News Lathika said she had discussed the matter with P C Chacko and only after clear thinking she has decided to announce the decision.  Very soon, my stance will be declared. I cannot align with any other party just like that as I had a long association with Congress party. I will share my decision with mediapersons very soon, she said.

Lathika Subhash, who resigned from Congress party, had tonsured her head in protest after she was denied a seat by the party to the state Assembly polls.
