A scintillating double century by Rohit Sharma helped India to set a huge victory target of 384 runs for Australia in the seventh and final cricket one-dayer in Bangalore. The out come of the match will decide the winner of the series as both are tied winning 2 matches each.

Put into bat, the hosts made 383 for six in the stipulated 50 overs. Rohit Sharma hit a fine 209 off 158 balls and became the third batsman to score a double century in One-Day Internationals after Sachin Tendulkar and Virendra Sehwag. Skipper M.S. Dhoni was out for 62, opener Shikar Dhawan contributed 60 runs.
