Thiruvananthapuram: KPCC president K Sudhakaran’s statement against the chief minister was not something he should have said while holding the post, said CPM state secretary A Vijayaraghavan. CPM responded to him as he said things which he should not say as KPCC president, Vijayaraghavan added.
Sudhakaran did not handle the issue in a way that is suitable for the KPCC president. Naturally, CPM reacted to it in the same tone. So, everything has ended now. We need not react to this every day, Vijayaraghavan said after the LDF meet.
The government has taken action in tree felling issue. The government’s stance is in favour of the farmers. The order was issued to allow farmers to cut their trees. But when it was misused, the government initiated strong action against the guilty, he made it clear.
